What is easiest way to amend the permit?
Thanks.
Alan Churchill
Padre Associates, Inc.
3020 Explorer Drive, Suite 5
Sacramento, Ca 95827
916-857-1601, ext. 25
916-857-1602 (fax)
916-952-5421 (mobile)
achurchill@padreinc.corn
From: John Yoakum [EH] [mailto:JYoakumPsjcehd.com]
Sent: Tuesday, April 30, 2013 4:44 PM
To: Alan Churchill
Subject: RE: 7373 West Lane - Kaiser
Alan,
That is a good question. Let me explain our fee structure.
The Site Mitigation fee is separate. It is $375.
The permit fee is $125.
The Inspection activity fee is $375.
The site mitigation fee is separate but required.
It is for the office work, file review, setting up the folder, setting up the account, maintaining records, and follow up
work.
The permit fee is for the work involved with reviewing paperwork and issuing the permit.
The inspection activity fee is for the time spent in the field getting to and doing the inspection.
The site mitigation fee is a one-time fee.
If you needed to more work on the same site with the same owner, you would not pay that again.
Johnny Yoakum
Senior RENS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
From: Alan Churchill [mailto:achurchill(apadreinc.com ]
Sent: Tuesday, April 30, 2013 12:38 PM
To: John Yoakum [EH]
Subject: RE: 7373 West Lane - Kaiser
Johnny,
On the approved application, the total fees indicated at the bottom is only $500. Why do the fees not total
$875? A question from our accounting dept.
3
