0 0 <br /> CalRecycle Requirement: The field data should be placed into a final investigation <br /> report that provides: Topographic drawing/map of the site (with waste boundaries <br /> and sample locations); Analytical testing results -Boring and trench logs; landfill <br /> cross-sections; a volume estimate of waste in place and waste classification for <br /> disposal and cost estimate for clean closure; a cost estimate to consolidate and <br /> cover the disposal site for long-term maintenance and monitoring. <br /> See below. <br /> Discuss LEA/CalRecycle requirements for long-term inspections, maintenance <br /> and monitoring and notification of property transfer and approval of post closure <br /> land-use development <br /> AGE will prepare a post-closure land use (PCLU) plan as appropriate for commercial <br /> development of the site, for the in-place waste management as well as a site specific <br /> health and safety plan for developers, both will be submitted to the LEA and CalRecycle <br /> for comment and review. Included in the PCLU plan will review the evaluation of the <br /> costs for cover support, maintenance and LEA notification for development. <br />
