Parry of R&B Louise et al, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, <br /> Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Site Investigation Work Plan — Waste Characterization <br /> / Disposal for the property located at 17100 North Murphy Parkway or 500 East Louise <br /> Avenue, Lathrop, California (site). <br /> A location map of the site is presented in Figure 1; and a site plan depicting site <br /> features is presented in Figure 2 and no structures are developed on the site and. <br /> the proposed soil-waste removal location is illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> In 1993, the facility was issued Solid Waste Information System (SWIS) number 39-CR- <br /> 0022 and assigned to the Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) at the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD). In 1986, the handling of glass waste in <br /> the southern staging area was terminated. <br /> PREVIOUS INVESTIGATION <br /> Soil borings were advanced within an area of the property were former glass debris and <br /> dust waste streams were historically managed/treated and stored; or advanced within <br /> an area of the property were former glass debris and dust waste streams were not <br /> managed/stored on the surface.
