Parry of R&B Louise et al, Advanced GeoEnviron mental, <br />Inc. (AGE) has prepared this has prepared this Summary of SWIS Site Investigation <br />Work Plan — Waste Characterization / Disposal for the property located at 17100 North <br />Murphy Parkway or 500 East Louise Avenue, Lathrop, California (site). The site is <br />currently un -irrigated open space with minor vegetation. <br />A location map of the site is presented in Figure 1; and a site plan depicting site <br />features is presented in Figure 2 and no structures are developed on the site and the <br />proposed soil -waste removal locations are illustrated in Figure 2. <br />BACKGROUND <br />In 1993, the facility was issued Solid Waste Information System (SWIS) number 39 -CR - <br />0022 and assigned to the Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) at the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD). In 1986, the handling of glass waste in <br />the southern staging area was terminated. <br />PREVIOUS INVESTIGATION <br />Soil borings (AB8 — AB21 and AB26 — AB28) were advanced within an area of the <br />property were former glass debris and dust waste streams were historically <br />managed/treated and stored; or advanced within an area of the property were former <br />837 Shaw Road - Stockton, CA 95215 <br />Telephone (209) 467-1006 - Fax (209) 467-1118 <br />
