The owners of the former glass factory are also very concerned and eager to close up the open excavations. AGE supplied the requested "summary" of the investigation work and excavation to the Local Enforcement Agency. The LEA has now stated they are not involved in the backfill requirements. Additionally, AGE has supplied the findings (analytical reports) of soil sample analysis for some imported fill. The LEA and your office has the backfill information, as of 26 October. The project will need to begin backfilling as soon as possible and previously requested your evaluation of the soil data and again requests your evaluation of the backfill; as your office noted required some adequate lead time.
