Food items are brought every Tuesday, in which they <br />are prepackaged for the families. Dairy products are brought in on Monday for this facility. <br />The food items distributed are shelf-stable, frozen and refrigerated. <br />All utensils given are disposable, no ware-washing occurs on site. <br />Facility does store food items for other SUSD sites, if they do not have the storage capacity. <br />There are currently not students on site at this time. <br />Official inspection report emailed. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
