Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: LINDEN USD-GLENWOOD SCHOOL, 2005 N ALPINE RD, STOCKTON 95205 <br />Food Program Official Inspection Report <br />Spring routine inspection. <br />Previous report and food certifications located on site. <br />Facility serves children on site Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Breakfast is served from 7:05am - 7:45am while lunch <br />is served between 10:30am - 12:35pm. <br />The food items are brought from Linden Unified School District warehouse, Sysco and Goldstar Foods. <br />The facility serves the students hot and cold lunches, all utensils used by the students are disposable. Ware-washing only <br />occurs on site for cooking equipment. <br />The facility is services by Terminex pest control services when necessary. <br />Community pick-up occurs on site: cold lunch items are brought from Linden High School and distributed by the high schools <br />staff on a daily basis from 12:00pm - 1:00pm. <br />Official inspection report emailed. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
