Re-heat the chili to 135F or above prior to service to customers. <br /> Corrected on site-re-heated at flat top/thermometer is available. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Any potentially hazardous foods cooked, cooled and subsequently reheated for hot holding or serving shall be <br /> brought to a temperature of 165#F.
