The AFONSKAIA <br />office was closed. Spoke with maintenance worker about complaint. He said he <br />was not aware of any of the houses having any issues of that nature. He said to <br />call the office number to get a hold of someone. <br />01/20/2021 Called complaint, there was no answer, voicemail was full. Called office number, AFONSKAIA <br />there was no answer. <br />04/06/2021 Gave complaint to Naseem. Sent him pictures of contact numbers that were AFONSKAIA <br />posted on the office building. <br />04/20/2021 Review complaint. This site is served by public water and public sewer services. AHMED <br />The nature of complaint states sink holes in the backyard, full of water, brown <br />water in the kitchen sink, toilet and bathtub. <br />EHD does not have any saying in sink holes in the backyard that are full of water. <br />The complaint does not mentioned sewage. <br />Brown water in the kitchen sink, toilets and bathtub does not mean it is a matter of <br />sewage backing up. <br />Will investigate more with site inspection. <br />04/20/2021 Site inspection. Arrived at the site and notice the office is locked to the public due AHMED <br />to COVID-19. The same contact information Dana sent me is posted on the office <br />windows. I was reached by Jesse Lopez phone number 209-460-5052 as I was <br />about to leave. Jesse stated he the manager in charge. Discussed complaint with <br />Jesse and asked if anything sewage discharge is occurring or if any one of the <br />renters have been complaining of the sewage backing up in the house. Jesse <br />stated he is not aware of any sewage issues. He stated there are total of 80 units <br />and renter every now and then will have a toilet blockage or something that <br />maintenance personal take care of. <br />Called Tess Bernard Fultcher phone number 209-323-0055 the complainant. Per <br />Tess she made multiple complaints to various department in the last 2 years about <br />the site. I asked he she is having any issues with sewage discharge in or out of <br />her unit. She stated no she is not have any sewage issues.
