STAFF OPENLY SNEEZING WITH NO <br /> COVERS ON FOOD. KITCHEN STAFF ON THEIR PHONE TOUCHING HAIR AND BODY AND NOT WEARING GLOVES <br /> TO COOK FOOD. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke to the manager who was not aware of this compliant. <br /> Per manager, he was aware on one staff person who touches face and arms and manager has spoken to the staff person <br /> about not touching face and arms etc. <br /> Phones are not used when prepping food, only in the break area near the lockers. <br /> Lockers are next to office and are in direct view from the customer counter. <br /> Per manager when sneezing occurs employees sneeze away from food area and sneezes in their arm and wash hands after <br /> sneezing occurs. <br /> I discussed CalCode and read section <br /> ARTICLE 6.
