Each comment <br /> is listed below, followed by our response. <br /> "Based upon the information submitted, the test pad construction <br /> specifications are hereby conditionally approved provided that the <br /> following terms and conditions are met: " <br /> Comment 1: <br /> "A tentative construction schedule be developed and submitted to <br /> the reviewing agencies by not later than February 10, 1993 . " <br /> Response: <br /> Attached is a tentative construction schedule. If weather <br /> conditions prohibit construction, a revised schedule will be sent <br /> - to you in March. <br /> Comment 2: <br /> "The reviewing agencies are to be given a minimum 24 hours advance <br /> notice prior to initiation of test pad construction and changes in <br /> soil admixture placement. " <br /> Response: <br /> All reviewing agencies will be given 24 hours advance notice prior <br /> to initiation of test pad construction or for changes in soil <br /> admixture placement. <br />
