Additionally, weekly Safety Meetings are <br /> held with all employees at each site to discuss safety issues, <br /> including identification of hazardous waste. Moreover, <br /> designated supervisory personnel periodically attend U.C. <br /> Extension safety and hazardous waste management courses. <br /> Afterwards, the supervisory personnel provide in-house <br /> training, on the courses they've attended, to site personnel . <br /> The County will comply with requirement f3d, if regulated <br /> hazardous wastes or PCBs are discovered at any County disposal <br /> site. <br /> 4. The County will implement a routine methane gas monitoring <br /> program. A monitoring schedule will be developed for each <br /> landfill and submitted to your department by January 31, 1994. <br /> 5. The County maintains all operating records near the facility <br /> as required by the regulations. All records are available at <br /> reasonable times for inspection by regulatory agencies. <br /> 6. All County landfills cover disposed solid waste with at least <br /> six inches of earthen material at the end of each operating <br /> day. Alternative daily cover is not being used at any County <br /> landfill . <br /> 7. The County will comply with item 7 upon approval of the Harney <br /> Lane Sanitary Landfill Closure Plan. <br /> 8 . The County will comply with item 8 . <br /> 9. The County has complied with all Financial Assurance <br /> requirements. <br /> 10.
