These documents were revised in response to a letter <br /> dated August 5, 1991, consisting of review comments from the <br /> California Integrated Waste Management Board, California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board, and Local Enforcement Agency. <br /> The following presents each of the comments immediately followed by <br /> a response: <br /> Comment 1: <br /> "Closure and postclosure maintenance plans are to be separate and <br /> distinct stand-alone documents that meet the provisions of Title <br /> 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR) , Division 7, Chapter 5, <br /> Article 3 .4 . " <br /> Response: <br /> The Closure and Postclosure Maintenance Plans have been separated, <br /> and are submitted as distinct, stand-alone documents. <br /> Comment 2: <br /> "The operator is required to address and identify any and all <br /> structures within 1000 feet of the property boundary, in text and <br /> drawings, pursuant to 14 CCR 18262 .3 (a) (1) . " <br />
