Box 1810 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 PERMV !VISES <br /> Subject: RESOLUTION PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSURANCE FOR <br /> POSTCLOSURE MAINTENANCE FOR HARNEY LANE SANITARY <br /> LANDFILL 39-AA-0003 . <br /> Dear Mr. Selling: <br /> This letter is to point out areas of concern in the draft Pledge <br /> of Revenue Resolution and Agreement that were submitted to the <br /> Board for review. <br /> The documents may be approved with some changes. Enclosed is a <br /> copy of the draft Resolution and Agreement with our suggested <br /> language changes. I have identifed the changes in green ink for <br /> your convenience. One area that needs further explaination is <br /> the second to last paragraph on page 2 of the draft Resolution. <br /> This paragraph should read as follows: BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br /> that the Director of the Department of Public Works is directed <br /> to produce an annual report for transmittal to the Board, <br /> containing as appropriate, a revised postclosure maintenance cost <br /> lestimate, prepared as specified by section 18266 of the <br /> Regulations. <br /> Once the suggested changes have been made, the County may submit <br /> its final signed Resolution to the Board for review.
