Construction shall comply with all notes supplied
on your drawings including the following requirements:
Septic Construction
1. The septic system components and installation should be according to San
Joaquin County Environmental Health Division Sewage Standards.
2. The sides and bottoms of all leach line trenches and the sides of the dry wells
should be raked or scarified prior to the placement of gravel to eliminate any
soil "smearing" that may have occurred during excavation. Since this is
critical, a representative of Neil O. Anderson and Associates, Inc. should
inspect all trench and dry well excavations prior to the placement of any
gravel.
3. Final grading of the surface of the disposal fields should be such that drainage
water is not allowed to collect or pond over the fields.
4. No permanent structures or hard surfaces (i.e. concrete flatwork, asphalt
paving, etc.) shall be constructed over the leach fields.
Cfield/word/M Hltrs/B lack Oak Ests End Sept Sys 1
A
If
of San Joaquin County Health Care Services
