Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager on site in regards to the nature of the complaint in which they stated they have no <br /> knowledge of a complaint of this nature being made.The manager also stated that no one has returned to the facility to show <br /> that they have found a screw in their food for a reimbursement or for another plate of food. I was invited to conduct my <br /> inspection, in which I observed all the utensils used by the facility do not contain screws,the hot holding pots do not contain <br /> screws or the cooking equipment. I observed screws above the hot holding food items in which all screws are present for both <br /> steam counters on site.
