THEY SMOKE IT <br /> IN THE BACK OF THE FACILITY RIGHT IN THE ALLEY THAT IS BETWEEN FACILITY AND COMPLAINANTS HOUSE. <br /> COMPLAINANT STATES IT IS HARD FOR HIM TO BREATHE WITH ALL THE SMOKE IN HIS HOUSE ALL THE TIME. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Upon arrival, I observed that the customers are all dining outside and upon entering into the facility,there is a faint smoke <br /> coming from the smoker that does enter the building but it does not make it difficult to breathe. I spoke with the operator of the <br /> establishment and explained the nature of the complaint.
