Known Local, State or Federal Involvement: <br /> The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) is <br /> providing regulatory oversight of voluntary environmental assessments at PG&E <br /> gas dehydrator sites for petroleum hydrocarbons in soil and groundwater as a <br /> result of operation of the gas dehydrator. <br /> PHS/EHD will be authorized by the provisions of SB1248 to enter into a written <br /> agreement with the Responsible Party ten working days after your receipt of this <br /> notification.
