This application request would extend the quarry permit an additional 15 years, with final reclamation <br />to be completed by 2044. No increase in tonnage, phasing or changes to the final reclamation are proposed with this <br />application. All other Conditions of Approval will remain the same. The project site is under a Williamson Act contract. <br />The Property is zoned AG -40 (General Agriculture, 40 -acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br />Agriculture). <br />PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the northeast corner of River Rd. and Harrold Ave., southeast of <br />Escalon.
