Description of the proposed Revisions: <br />Extension of time to align the permit term with the life of the permitted aggregate reserve. Specifically, a <br />15 -year extension to the Bellino Quarry Permit (to December 2044) is requested. See attached Project <br />Description for additional detail. <br />2. State the facts showing the changes in circumstances which make the subject condition(s) no longer appropriate or necessary. <br />At the current pace of mining, the Permit will expire before the permitted reserves within the approved <br />mining boundary have been fully realized. Extending the term of the permit will enable the continued supply <br />of an important source of local construction materials.
