It is <br /> requested that any on- site or off- site improvement plans that may affect District facilities be <br /> submitted for review and approval . <br /> The property owner and/or developer shall execute Irrigation Service Abandonment Agreements <br /> and provide for the removal of irrigation and drainage facilities and structures on property no <br /> longer requiring irrigation service .
