Description of the proposed Revisions: Extension of time to align the permit term with the life of the permitted aggregate reserve. Specifically, a 25-year extension to the Hendrick Permit (to December 2054) is requested. See attached Project Description for additional detail. 2. State the facts showing the changes in circumstances which make the subject condition(s)no longer appropriate or necessary. At the current pace of mining, the Permit will expire before the permitted reserves within the approved mining boundary have been fully realized. Extending the term of the permit will enable the continued supply of an important source of local construction materials. See attached Project Description for additional detail.
