A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note:Driveway <br /> encroachment permits are for flatwork only--all vertical features,including but not limited to <br /> fences,walls,private light standards,rocks,landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the right-of- <br /> way.)(Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 6. Prior to issuance of the occupancy permit,the approach for the private drive shall be improved in <br /> accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Improvement Standards Drawing No.R- <br /> 17. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 7. Permit Registration Documents(PRDs)shall be filed with the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB)to comply with the State"General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with <br /> Construction Activity".The Waste Discharge Identification Number(WDID)issued by SWRCB, <br /> shall be submitted to Public Works for file.Contact SWRCB at(916)341-5537 for further <br /> information.Coverage under the SWRCB General Construction Permit Order 2009-0009-DWQ <br /> shall be maintained throughout the duration of all phases of the project. <br /> 8. Owner shall check with the State Water Resource Control Board(SWRCB)to determine if an <br /> Industrial Storm Water Permit will be,required. <br /> 9. All new construction and the substantial improvements of any structures,including conversion of <br /> existing structures,shall be elevated or floodproofed in accordance to San Joaquin County ordinance <br /> Code Section 9-1605.12(a)b,(b)and(c). <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building <br /> Division of the Community Development Department prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> Contact the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)for information. <br /> (ii.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito&Vector Control <br /> District(209-982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of <br /> mosquitoes.Best Management Practices(BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices,ponds and <br /> wetlands are available. <br /> (iii.) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of <br /> permit issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements(Title 9, <br /> Chapter 9-1605)and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at <br /> the time of permit issuance.
