The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this <br /> application.The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application.The fee will be <br /> based on the current schedule at the time of payment.The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record.
