White Ln., Stockton <br />APN 101-070-30, SR0083583 <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Jasjit Kang, REHS, Director <br />Muniappa Naidu, REHS, Assistant Director <br />PROGRAM COORDINATORS <br />Robert McClellon, REHS <br />Jeff Carruesco, REHS, RDI <br />Willy Ng, REHS <br />Michael Kith, REHS <br />Melissa Nissim, REHS <br />Steven Shih, REHS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability/Nitrate <br />Loading (SSNL) Study, dated April 14, 2021 for the above noted location, and has the following comments <br />for your consideration. <br />The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite wastewater treatment <br />system (OWTS) usage and the potential long-term impact of nitrate to groundwater for the following proposed <br />three-bedroom second unit dwelling. <br />Based on the information provided, the EHD concurs with the recommendations in the report: <br />a. EHD will require an oversized 1,600 -gallon septic tank for installation of a standard Onsite Wastewater <br />Treatment System. <br />b.
