Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke with the manager about the fire. She informed that the fire occurred on the grill while they were <br /> cleaning.They put out the fire with a fire extinguisher. They called the fire department to make sure the fire was out <br /> completely.The fire department verified the fire was not in the walls or attic. Gas or electricity were not shut off.
