The missing manifests are: <br /> -003733041 GBF(8/3/2018) <br /> -006046285GBF(11/2/2018) <br /> -006108474GBF(2/5/2019) <br /> -006148405GBF(4/30/2019) <br /> -006361668GBF(9/24/2019) <br /> -006453603GBF(1/23/2020) <br /> -006454041 GBF(2/20/2020) <br /> -021824304JJK(9/14/2020) <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest <br /> to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 60 days if the destination facility signed <br /> manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility <br /> file for three years from the date of shipping. Send a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD). <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br /> transported from the site in the past three years. The missing receipts include: <br /> 1. Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from 5/10/2018, 7/12/2018, 8/30/2018, 10/25/2018, 12/13/2018, <br /> 2/8/2019,4/4/2019, 5/30/2019, 7/31/2019, 11/22/2019, 1/14/2020, 3/12/2020, 5/7/2020, 7/2/2020, 8/24/2020, <br /> 10/22/2020 for spent parts cleaner fluid. <br /> 2. Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from 7/13/2018, 3/21/2019, 11/6/2019, 8/4/2020 for used oil. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts for all hazardous waste for <br /> the past three years. Maintain the records on-site for three years from the date of shipping and provide a copy to <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD).
