SAN J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUN r <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> ACME SAW& INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY 1204 E MAIN ST, STOCKTON May 12, 2021 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for the saw grinding fluid were not complete. <br /> 1.According to George Earl, employee,the one large surface/knife grinder holds approximately 150 gallons of saw <br /> grinding fluid diluted with water, and the three smaller surface grinders each hold approximately 50 gallons, 50 <br /> gallons, and 25 gallons. However,the hazardous materials inventory states the largest container holding saw <br /> grinding fluid is 5 gallons and the max daily amount is 60 gallons. <br /> 2. The quantity of the largest container of CLC Carb-O-Grind 33L is not reported on the inventory forms.According <br /> to the hazardous materials inventory,the max daily amount of CLC Carb-O-Grind 33L is 80 gallons.According to <br /> George Earl,the grinding equipment in the mechanical area holds 80 gallons of CLC Carb-O-Grind 33L. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br /> of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete.
