The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for Harney Lane 76 as of December 06, 2021. Open violations from May 04, 2021 inspection Violation#5-Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. OBSERVATION: The hazardous material inventory is not accurate. The following car wash materials were found on site and have not been reported to CERS: -A white plastic drum (approximately 55 gallons)of Hyper Suds foaming detergent was found in the storage room at the west end of the store -A white plastic container(approximately 100 gallons)of sodium hydroxide solution was found in the storage room at the west end of the store. The hazardous material inventory was not submitted within 30 days of storing hazardous materials on site. Per Sandeep Dhanda,they received their first fuel delivery on 06/10/2020 but the hazardous material inventory was not submitted until 02/09/2021. The inventory was submitted late for 2021. REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#6-Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The site map is missing the following: -The chemical name of the items listed as 87 and 91 is not labeled with the chemical name. These items should be documented as gasoline. -The car wash chemicals observed in the storage room at the west end of the store is not documented on the map. -The map is missing the storm drains located at the gas island and the north/south east corners of the parking lot. -The site map indicates that the spill kit/absorbent is located in the storage room at the west end of the store. The spill kit was observed in the office. The site map was not submitted within 30 days of storing hazardous materials on site. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
