The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Harney Lane 76 as of December 06, 2021. <br /> Open violations from May 04, 2021 inspection <br /> Violation#5-Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> OBSERVATION: The hazardous material inventory is not accurate. The following car wash materials were found <br /> on site and have not been reported to CERS: <br /> -A white plastic drum (approximately 55 gallons)of Hyper Suds foaming detergent was found in the storage room at <br /> the west end of the store <br /> -A white plastic container(approximately 100 gallons)of sodium hydroxide solution was found in the storage room <br /> at the west end of the store. <br /> The hazardous material inventory was not submitted within 30 days of storing hazardous materials on site. Per <br /> Sandeep Dhanda,they received their first fuel delivery on 06/10/2020 but the hazardous material inventory was not <br /> submitted until 02/09/2021. <br /> The inventory was submitted late for 2021. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#6-Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The site map is missing the following: <br /> -The chemical name of the items listed as 87 and 91 is not labeled with the chemical name. These items should be <br /> documented as gasoline. <br /> -The car wash chemicals observed in the storage room at the west end of the store is not documented on the map. <br /> -The map is missing the storm drains located at the gas island and the north/south east corners of the parking lot. <br /> -The site map indicates that the spill kit/absorbent is located in the storage room at the west end of the store. The <br /> spill kit was observed in the office. <br /> The site map was not submitted within 30 days of storing hazardous materials on site.
