Per Sandeep Singh,they received their first fuel delivery on 06/10/2020 but the <br /> response plan was not submitted until 11/16/2020. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a <br /> release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to,the following: <br /> -immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> -procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the site <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This violation was corrected with the 11/16/2020 submittal. No further action is needed. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 8 HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to establish and electronically submit a reasonable or an adequate training program. <br /> OBSERVATION:A training program was not submitted within 30 days of storing hazardous materials on site. Per <br /> Sandeep Singh,the site received their first fuel delivery on 06/10/2020 and a training plan was not submitted until <br /> 11/16/2020. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher courses, <br /> shall include familiarity with the facility's Emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a release or <br /> threatened release of a hazardous material.Training shall cover, but not limited to, all of the following: <br /> (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified <br /> program agency. <br /> (B)Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment. <br /> (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the business site. <br /> These training programs may take into consideration the position of each employee. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This violation was corrected with the 11/16/2020 submittal.
