The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for HONKER CUT MARINE as of May 14 , 2021 . Open violations from November 04, 2019 inspection Violation #113 - Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years . OBSERVATION : The following consolidated manifest receipts were not found on site during the inspection : -On 4/21 /2017 , 20 gallons of parts washer waste was picked up (uniform manifest 005947236SKS) -On 7/18/2018 , 360 gallons of used oil was picked up ( uniform manifest 011837072FLE) . REGULATION GUIDANCE : The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years . This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from 11 /4/2016- 11 /4/2019 and maintain them on site. Provide a copy of the above missing consolidated manifest receipts and provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #403 - Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous waste . OBSERVATION : The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site : In the hazardous waste storage area : -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing punctured oil filters and absorbents was missing a ring around the drum . In the back shop : - Four 5 gallon buckets containing used oil and oily debris were missing lids . -One 5 gallon bucket containing used oil was missing a lid . REGULATION GUIDANCE : A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and storage , except when it is necessary to add or remove waste . CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste .
