The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Harney Lane 76 as of December 06, 2021. <br /> Open violations from May 04, 2021 inspection <br /> Violation#106-Failed to train employees on waste handling and emergency procedures. <br /> OBSERVATION: At the time of inspection, it could not be demonstrated (not necessarily documented)that <br /> employees who handle hazardous waste have been trained. Employee Dhury Cheuds stated that he just started <br /> working approximately 1 month ago and has not been trained in proper handling of hazardous waste. Per manager <br /> Jesse Singh, hazardous waste training has not been provided at this facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business owner must ensure that all employees are thoroughly familiar with proper <br /> waste handling and emergency procedures, relevant to their responsibilities during normal facility operations and <br /> emergencies. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train the employees.
