All borings are shown on Figure 2. <br /> Ten borings were named northern parcel southern boundary soil borings (NDSB-1 through <br /> NPSB-5, each with a step-out named NPSB-1 S through NPSB-5S)and were advanced to a <br /> depth of 3 feet using a Geoprobe drill rig. The NPSB soil boring locations were chosen to <br /> correspond with shallow arsenic soil boring results that were presented in the PEA. Borings <br /> NPSB-2 and NPSB-3 were analyzed for lead. <br /> Two borings B-GW 1 and B-GW2 correspond to former tank sites TKI and TK2, <br /> respectively. In addition,three step-out borings B-GW 1 S 1, B-GW 1 S2, B-GW 1 S3, 13- <br /> GW2S 1, B-GW2S2, and B-GW2S3 were advanced to the north,west and east of each of the <br /> former tank site borings,for a total of eight borings around the former tank locations. <br /> Five additional borings were advanced on the north parcel NP13-7,NPB-7S,NP13-8, and <br /> NPB-8S for soil arsenic and NPSB-9 for soil lead and arsenic and corresponded with sample <br /> locations from the PEA.
