The enclosed permit was signed on this date and <br /> becomes effective on March 12, 1990. <br /> In accordance with 40 CFR 124 . 19, within 30 days after a UIC <br /> permit has been issued, any person who filed comments on the <br /> draft permit may petition the Administrator to review any condi- <br /> tion of the permit decision. Such a petition is a prerequisite <br /> to the seeking of judicial review of the final agency action.
