The proposed injection <br /> well is to be located at its facility along North Highway 99 <br /> Frontage Road (between Woodbridge Road and Clarksdale Road) , <br /> Lodi, California. Under the authority of the Safe Drinking Water <br /> Act, Public Law 99-339, the EPA is proposing to issue a UIC per- <br /> mit for one new injection well . <br /> In proposing this permit, EPA has developed the following <br /> documents, which are available for your review: <br /> - Public Notice <br /> - Fact Sheet <br /> - Draft Permit <br /> Enclosed please find a copy of the public notice.
