It is unclear to us whether this is due to the earthquake or <br /> lack of sufficient repsonse. Our letter to you of October 19, 1989 <br /> requested that they be held. City staff would still like to meet with <br /> someone from EPA regarding our concerns. <br /> We assume we are in compliance with the appropriate deadlines, although our <br /> copy of the Notice and Fact Sheet was incomplete (see attached copies) . <br /> The copies have some of our notes from various telephone calls we made. <br /> Please contact me or Assistant City Engineer Richard Prima regarding this <br /> matter. <br /> of <br /> Jac L.
