The proposed injection well is to be located at its <br /> facility along North Highway 99 Frontage Road (between Woodbridge <br /> Road & Clarksdale Road) , Lodi, California. Under the authority <br /> of the Safe Drinking Water Act, Public Law 99-339, the EPA is <br /> proposing to issue a UIC permit for one new injection well . <br /> In proposing this permit, EPA has developed the following <br /> documents, which are available for your review: <br /> - Public Notice <br /> - Fact Sheet <br /> - Draft Permit <br /> Enclosed please find a copy of the public notice.
