This
permit will become final ler a 30-day appeals period which ends
March 12, 1990 .
Although Victor will not be allowed to inject prior to that
date, it is common practice for permittees to begin drilling of the
well prior to the date the UIC permit becomes final .
The agency appreciates your interest in this matter. If you
have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at ( 415 )
939-4610.
Sincerely,
Steven M.
