If there is sufficient public interest, a public hearing will be held on Friday August 10, 1990, at the Lodi Motor Inn, 1140 South Cherokee Lane, Lodi, California. Requests to present oral testimony should be received by the closing date listed above. If significant public interest in holding the hearing is not expressed by that date, EPA intends to forgo the hearing. Those who requested a hearing will be notified in writing or by telephone. Requests for a public hearing should include the following information: 1) the name, address, and telephone number of the in- dividual , organization, or other entity requesting a hearing; 2) a brief statement of the requesting person's interest in the proposed action and of information that the request- ing person intends to submit at such hearing; and 3) the signature of the individual making the request, or if the request is made on behalf of an organization or other entity, the signature of a responsible official of the organization or other entity.
