California Regional Water Quality Control Board
Central Valley Reigon
October 27, 1989
Page #3
samples retained for chemical analysis. Field analysis for
specific conductance and pH will be performed at the well head
using appropriate test equipment.
4) LABORATORY ANALYSIS AND SAMPLING INTERVALS
All ground water samples will be analyzed for the
parameters listed in the Monitoring And Reporting Program
No. 89-131.
All wells will be initially sampled as soon as possible
after installation and development. Subsequent sampling will
be performed on a semi-annual basis as dictated in the
Monitoring And Reporting Program.
5) REPORTING
A comprehensive report will be prepared after receipt of
the initial analysis results. This report will present a
narrative summery plus all well construction details, boring
logs, development records, ground water gradient maps,
analytical results and chain-of-custody sheets. Although the
main report will present results and data in graphical or
tabular form, copies of all field sheets and original analysis
certificates will be attached as appendices.
Subsequent reports will be made semi-annually in the form
dictated in the Monitoring And Reporting Program
