This tank removal was <br /> taking place without a permit from PHS-EHD and City of <br /> Stockton Fire Department. On 8-30-90 Mr. Joe Bryson came into <br /> the Environmental Health Division office, 445 N. San Joaquin <br /> and obtained a closure plan application for tank removal. <br /> On 8-30-90, an inspection was made of the site by Doug Wilson, <br /> Supervising, REHS, who confirmed the violations. <br /> No further contact has ben made to date by Mr. Bryson <br /> concerning compliance with the underground tank regulations. <br /> II.
