COMPLAINANT HAS PICTURES. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> walk-in--41.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke to manager who was not aware of compliant prior to investigation. <br /> Per operator chicken taco is chicken, onions, and cilantro. <br /> Another chicken taco on the menu has chicken, lettuce,jack cheese and pico. <br /> Chicken comes to the facility in boxes and is stored in the walk-in(41 F). <br /> CHicken is marinaded for 20 minutes and then placed back in the walk-in for 24hour before chicken is placed on the grill <br /> grill and grilled 5minutes per side and tto a temp of 175F or higher. <br /> Chicken is then cut up and placed on the line. <br /> I observed chicken in the walk-in that is covered and marinating, I also observed chicken that is in boxes and covered. <br /> I observed pico, cilantro on the line. <br /> I observed shredded chicken on the line. <br /> I did not observe"worm in chicken (taco)"at this time. <br /> FAD018961 C00053729 SCO04 04/29/2021 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.01/07/2021 Page 1 of 2 Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
