HWY-12, Lodi, CA <br /> Importance: High <br /> Dear Dr. Park, <br /> At approximately 4:20pm today, EHD has received a notification from Mike Alegre, Battalion Chief of Lodi Fire <br /> Department(209-470-0357), concerning a chemical exposure at the above location.At approximately 1:50 pm today,six <br /> individuals were accidentally sprayed by round up Power Max 2. All exposed individuals experienced symptoms of <br /> vomiting, nauseas, shortness of breath and headaches. At approximately 3: 50 pm, the Lodi Fire Department <br /> transported these individuals to the Lodi Memorial Hospital. Since arriving at the hospital, all exposed individuals are <br /> reporting minor symptoms of shortness of breath and nausea. Mike Alegre indicated that all six individuals are in the <br /> process of being decontaminated using the hospital's decontamination shower.
