NO WATERWAYS IMPACTED AND TRUCK DRIVER HANDLED THE CLEANUP. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> The following information was confirmed by Henry Fontes of Central Valley Waste Services(CVWS)via phone:The hydraulic <br /> oil released due to a loose hydraulic hose on a Waste Management truck. The release was stopped.The release impacted <br /> the street asphalt only and in four different areas on the street and in a nearby alley way.The spill did not impact any storm <br /> drains. The truck driver applied absorbent powder to the spill,swept up the used absorbent, and transported the absorbent to <br /> the CVWS facility at 1333 E Turner Rd. Lodi, CA,where the waste was placed into a hazardous waste drum. The used <br /> absorbent will be stored at this facility until disposal. <br /> Please be advised that the disposal of any waste[HSC 5411]or disposal of any hazardous waste, or the causing thereof, is <br /> prohibited when the disposal is at a facility which is not permitted or authorized for hazardous waste disposal. [HSC <br /> 25189.5(a).]. Please be aware that all hazardous waste shall be disposed of under appropriate hazardous waste manifesting <br /> procedure[HSC 25160(b)(3)].
