SA NUJ OAQ U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY— <br /> "�`='` Time In: <br /> Greottless 9rdwS here. <br /> Time Out: <br /> COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> Name of Facility: WASTE MANAGEMENT Date: 03/17/2021 <br /> Address: 300 S BECKMAN RD, LODI <br /> Owner/Operator: WASTE MANAGEMENT Telephone: (209)275-5441 <br /> Program Element: 2546-RELEASE/SPILL RESPONSE(EXCLUDING JOINT TEAM) Complaint#: C00053558 <br /> Responsible Party: WASTE MANAGEMENT <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> On 3/16/2021, approximately 4 gallons of hydraulic oil was released from a truck onto asphalt. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> The spill was cleaned-up by Waste Management using 100 pounds of absorbent. The waste was taken back to 1333 E <br /> Turner Rd, Lodi, for storage and the truck was fixed.
