According to <br /> Alex, the spill is in a plow field, impacted soil only, has been cautioned taped off, <br /> and will be excavated tomorrow by Dave Larsen of PG&E. Alex also states oil <br /> samples were taken from the two spilled transformers, for PCB analysis. <br /> Discussed complaint with Garrett Backus, Ld Sr REHS, and determined Claudia <br /> Muro, EHS, will visit the spill location tomorrow and verify the spill clean-up. <br /> Generated complaint and Notice To Abate and emailed notice to Alex Steele of <br /> PG&E(r2sv@pge.com). <br /> 09/09/2020 Emailed Claudia Muro, EHS, the complaint information so that she may verify the FLORIDO <br /> spill clean-up today. <br /> Received an update from Claudia who states Dave Larsen will not start the <br /> clean-up until tomorrow since the roll-off bin will not arrive until tomorrow. <br /> 09/09/2020 Generated Prop 65, Emergency Response Record form, and photo log of spill.
