Called and spoke to Alex Steele (209-337-8902) and FLORIDO <br /> requested he send me the disposal receipt in order to close out this complaint. <br /> Alex found the disposal receipt and stated he would email it to me. <br /> 02/12/2021 Emailed Alex Steele asking him if he was able to find the waste disposal receipt. FLORIDO <br /> 03/23/2021 Discussed complaint with Elena Manzo, Ld Sr REHS. FLORIDO <br /> 03/23/2021 Called and spoke to Alex Steele and requested he provide the waste disposal FLORIDO <br /> record. Alex stated he should have the disposal manifest by now. Emailed Alex a <br /> reminder per his request, and I included that the spill occurred on Alice Rd in <br /> Manteca, since Alex stated he had this spill under Alice Rd. <br /> 03/26/2021 Received and reviewed disposal records for the excavated soil, received on FLORIDO <br /> 3/25/2021 from Alex Steele. 15 yards of excavated soil were disposed of at <br /> Froward Landfill in Manteca on 10/1/2020. <br /> Reviewed, printed, and organized complaint documentation. Submitted <br /> documentation to Elena Manzo, Ld Sr REHS, for abatement. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 3 of 3 <br />
