Airport Rd, Manteca, CA <br /> Dear Mr. Dalzell, <br /> Included with this Engineered Report is the design for the waste water system & <br /> the waste water dispersal field for the 4 bedroom residence referenced above. Soil <br /> information provided by owner and approved by San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health. <br /> SITE CONDITIONS <br /> The site is 17+ acres of semi-developed property. A school is located on the <br /> western side of the property adjacent to S. Airport Rd. The residence is to be <br /> located on the northeastern part of the property. A 4-bedroom manufacture <br /> residence has been ordered and is awaiting jurisdictional approval. A road is <br /> being proposed to access the residence (by others). The 100%reserve dispersal <br /> field/ drip field will be located west and adjacent to the primary dispersal/ drip <br /> field. Both the primary and reserve field will be located a minimum of 50' from <br /> the northern property line. To the east, north and south side of the property are <br /> orchard. There are residences located on the western end of the adjoining <br /> properties.
