EI Dorado, 3rd Floor <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL OVERSIGHT AGREEMENT, SOUTHPOINTE PROPERTY, <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> Dear Ms. Walker: <br /> The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DISC) has enclosed for your review an amended <br /> Environmental Oversight Agreement (EOA) for the Southpointe Property located on <br /> West Weber Avenue and the Mormon Slough in Stockton. If you find the enclosed EOA <br /> acceptable, please complete Exhibit F (Authorizing Resolution), sign and return the EOA to <br /> DTSC. Upon returning the signed copy of the EOA document, DTSC will then sign and send <br /> you a fully executed copy. <br /> During the April 21, 2011 meeting held at Wallace-Kuhl's office in West Sacramento it was <br /> mentioned that additional sampling may be necessary at the site. This task has been identified <br /> in the Scope of Work (Exhibit C) in Task 3 (Site Characterization). Also, please note that in the <br /> Schedule of Performance (Exhibit D-1 of the Agreement) the second task is titled Site <br /> Characterization and Baseline Health Risk Assessment Report (SC Report).
