EXHIBIT F <br /> AUTHORIZING RESOLUTION <br /> Resolution authorizing the Interim Director of the Redevelopment Agency of the <br /> City of Stockton to Execute Contracts with the California Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br /> Stockton determines and declares that it may enter into agreements with State <br /> agencies for 2011 through project completion and WHEREAS, the Redevelopment <br /> Agency of the City of Stockton may take any actions that the Redevelopment <br /> Agency of the City of Stockton determines as necessary and that are consistent <br /> with state and federal laws to remedy or remove a release of hazardous <br /> substances on, under, or from a property located in a Redevelopment Project <br /> Area if certain conditions are met. <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVLED BY THE Stockton City Council that the Interim <br /> Director is hereby authorized to enter into and execute contracts for the <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City of Stockton, with the California Department of <br /> Toxic Substances Control, subject to all conditions. <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution <br /> introduced and passed at a noticed meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the <br /> City of Stockton held on [date]. <br /> Signed: <br /> Executive Director <br /> Redevelopment Agency <br /> City of Stockton <br /> Date: <br /> 30 of 31 <br />
